1、About diamond reissue service:

We have 25~35% extra diamonds in each pack and have good quality control. Don’t worry about missing diamonds. If you find any missing diamonds, wrong diamonds, damaged canvas, etc. within one month of receiving the product, you can contact our customer service in time and we will reissue it for you free of charge. We will reissue diamonds in batches, so you need to be patient.

2、Regarding product size and color quantity issues:
The size we sell is canvas size, and the rhinestone area is 5cm smaller than the canvas area. For example, for a 30x40cm canvas, the rhinestone area is 25x35cm. The larger the size, the greater the number of diamond colors, the better the effect of posting, the higher the degree of picture restoration, and more details can be displayed. The number of colors is based on the product received.

3、About canvas adhesion:
Our canvases feature a proprietary high-tech pour-on formula that applies easily and stays on even in high humidity! If you receive the canvas and find that the diamonds move easily when pasting the diamonds, you can use a book to press the canvas after completing the diamond painting to make the diamonds stick more firmly.
